Product Description

The main production of cable workshop: aluminum strand (AAC), aluminum alloy strand (AAAC), steel core aluminum strand (ACSR), ABC cable (ABC CABLE) products can be produced according to IEC international standards, N FC French standards, SANS South African standards, British standards, ASTM American standards.

Good quality comes from the strict control of every production link. All wire drawing and stranding die are produced by nano mould. Make sure the aluminum wire and the surface of the conductor are bright and ensure that the new conductive energy of the cable is stable. Weatherability UV resistant XLPE. with carbon black content up to 2.5 in NFC French standard Make sure the cable can adapt to all kinds of extreme climate. The aluminum alloy strands are aged by constant temperature heat treatment aging furnace with ±2ºC accuracy to ensure the strength of the aluminum alloy strands is uniform and the conductivity is excellent.

 Factory has more than 80 cable production inspection equipment (sets), annual production and marketing of aluminum alloy strands and ABC cables 1 million km.

Application:

AAC Conductor ( All Aluminum Conductor ) is widely used in the overhead power transimission lines and distribution system, and  AAC conductor is one of the main products to form electrified wire network.

Detail Description or Construction Conductor

This bare concentric-lay stranded conductor is constructed with a straight round central wire surrounded with one or more layers of helically laid wires. These conductors are also manufactured as compact conductors if required.

Installation

AAC conductors can be installed in air. It is recommended that the installation instructions indicated by the Local Electric Code, or any equivalent, be followed, so that the safeguarding of persons and the integrity of the product will not be affected by deficiencies in the installation.
